Service Description

Talk therapy, utilizing a body-centered approach and incorporating modalities such as energy work, light movement, EFT (tapping), mindfulness and CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy). Meeting will take place via Zoom. Client is required to be in private space with no distractions for the duration of the session.
